Who is the CPF for?
The CPF is mainly for people who have worked in France and have training credits in their Compte Personnel de Formation: employees, self-employed workers, people retraining, and jobseekers with CPF credits.
If you are coming to France on a student visa or for a long language stay, you will generally not have CPF credits available at the start of your stay. In that case, our intensive, part-time and long-term courses are usually self-funded.
EDAM Paris cannot create a CPF account for you: enrolment must be completed from your personal Mon Compte Formation account.
Our CPF French courses
Our CPF courses in French as a foreign language are offered as certified pathways leading to the CLOE FLE certification. Prices and full details for each pathway are shown on the corresponding Mon Compte Formation listing.

Why the CLOE FLE certification?
The CLOE FLE certification assesses French as a foreign language skills in professional communication situations. Under the CPF, a language course must lead to an eligible certification listed in the Répertoire spécifique or the RNCP. This is why our CPF pathways include preparation for and sitting of the CLOE FLE certification, listed in the Répertoire spécifique of France compétences (RS6438). The certification exam is included in our CPF pathways.
