Why this test?
So that each student joins the class best suited to their level (A1 → B2) and progresses at the right pace. Good placement ensures steady progress, relevant activities, and effective follow-up in small groups.
Important instructions
-
Take the test without external help: no dictionary, translator, or searching on your phone.
-
Answer by yourself, in one sitting, in a quiet place.
-
Be honest: if you are unsure, choose the answer that reflects your real level.
-
A computer is recommended (headphones if possible), with a stable internet connection.
How it works
-
Start the test (online, 10–12 min): grammar, vocabulary, comprehension.
-
Submit your answers; we analyse your results using the CEFR (A1–B2).
-
Depending on your score, a short oral interview (5–10 min, online or on site) may be offered to confirm your level.
-
You then receive your class placement and start date.
Limitations of this test
